Returns and Refunds

Please read our return and refund policies below.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days starting from when the order is placed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer returns on any products that you may buy, no matter the quantity. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have indeed received the wrong sizes or styles against your order, first and foremost, we want to apologize for such inconvenience. Please contact us at support@uolga.com and we will provide you with the returning-address, we will be very happy to replace you with the new items as your request. Please note that customers will have to pay the shipping fee for sending items back to our warehouse.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In case of damaged/defective items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@dritas.com
